we facilitated this transformational change for Indian Clearing Corporation Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE Limited). This was possible for the simple reason that the Top Leadership of BSE and the Board believed in this process and actively participated, right from Chemistry Session to Goal alignment, mid-assignment review and finally the assimilation and closure over a period of 7 months.
Individually, the coachees went through a personal transformation mostly because of the non-intrusive framework and the undivided attention along with the unconditional positive regard that they personally experienced in their journey. Few of the insights the participants shared were,
– The boundrilessness mind-set the coaching framework offered,
– The ability to take a step back, detach, clear the haziness’ and look for possibilities beyond the obvious,
– Power of Reflection and incorporating it into Continuous development,
– Power of empathy and collaboration
To sum it up, the Leadership crafted an inspiring  vision for themselves and have achieved positive financial results this year.
