It was an honour to do a live coaching for enhancing learning for our coach community on the Coacharya platform. When Cindy, my MCC mentor invited me to indulge with this opportunity to demonstrate “Coaching Presence” and “Partnering with the Client to evoke awareness”, I was wondering how do I prepare myself. But then, how do you prepare to be present? So I just trusted my instincts and went with the flow. At that moment, it was ‘Just me & my client’, no one else existed for me.
Coaching is bliss ! Its a process of self-discovery not just for the client, but the coach too. I challenged myself to do an open house coaching being observed by hundreds of professional coaches across the world. I pushed my limits, challenged my limiting belief (being a private person), and discovered the way I have grown from ACC to PCC & now MCC as a coach.
